I would insist on asking for Kyle McCarthy as your salesperson. I had an amazing experience purchasing my new vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable and detailed when showing me a few vehicles. He was always quick to respond and when picking up my vehicle he went through a complete demonstration on setting up the vehicle. Kyle was also the salesperson for my sister, whom also had an amazing experience.
